Certified Nursing Assistant Program

Program Application Fee is $25 and our CNA Program Tuition is $700. Both payments are due by the first day of class.
Life Way Training Institute Google Form Application will be emailed after registering on this site.
Free of Felony Charges
Course is 7 week program with attendance of 3 days per week.
24 hours of Nursing Home clinical time are required before graduation.
Class attendance is required to be successful in our CNA Programs.
Must maintain a 75 average on test.
Must be able to successfully complete 5 skills in 25 minutes.
Must secure liability insurance (clinical requirement)
Must secure COVID Vaccination(clinical requirement)
